How Orlando Garage Door Desk works
Orlando Garage Door Desk is a free referral service for homeowners in Orlando and the suburbs around it. When you send a request or call, we pass it to an independent local garage door company that serves your area. They contact you to price and schedule the job.
Who pays us
The garage door company pays us for the introduction. You don't pay us anything. We don't do repair work, and we don't set the company's prices or warranty terms.
What we are not
We are not a garage door manufacturer or a dealer, and we have no ties to any door or opener brand. We don't post reviews or ratings, because we don't have any of our own to post.
Licensing
Florida's Construction Industry Licensing Board certifies garage door installation specialty contractors (Rule 61G4-15.100(1)(k), in effect since May 5, 2024). You can look up any company's license at myfloridalicense.com. Ask the company for its license number and check it yourself before work starts.
Where our numbers come from
The storm, weather and housing figures on this site are our own analysis of public data from NOAA (its National Centers for Environmental Information and its National Hurricane Center) and from the US Census Bureau. Price ranges come from published national sources, named on each page. See the data and method.
What we ask of the company
A price before any work starts. A plain explanation of what failed. No pressure. If your experience falls short of that, call or text (321) 321-9524 and tell us.
